  • How do I sign up for E-Statements?
    If you are an existing NetBranch user you can sign up for E-Statements from within NetBranch under "Option" -> "Service Plans" and select E-Statements or you can come into your Credit Union and request the staff to sign you up for E-Statements.
  • Can I get E-Statements WITHOUT having to sign up for NetBranch?
    No, E-Statements are actually accessed from your NetBranch account instead of being mailed to your email address. This is to insure that the information you receive on your statement is only accessed by you. In addition when information is accessed through NetBranch we utilize encryption to protect the information being sent across the Internet.
  • I signed up for E-Statements on the 31st of the Month but you still mailed me a statement, WHY?
    Depending on when you signed up for E-Statements vs. when we generated the statements to be mailed to our members will determine if the statement will be mailed to you.
  • When I look at the history of my E-Statements they only go back to November of 2003, why can't I see October of 2003?
    We began initial testing and usage of this service in late 2003 and were only able to generate statements for members going back to the November statement run. If you will look at the bottom of the November 2003 E-Statement you will notice that the message statement indicates that this was a "special statement run, which was done just for the E-Statements".
