On July 21st, we’re upgrading Online Banking!

The new and improved system seamlessly integrates your accounts across desktop and mobile devices and puts powerful, easy-to-use tools right at your fingertips.  An improved user experience with enhanced features makes banking with us even better.

When you signed up for USECU Online Banking, your default Login ID was your Member Number. The new platform requires you to change your Login ID from your Member Number to a unique Login ID.

Go ahead and change your Login ID now to ensure a smooth transition to our new online banking system!  It only takes a few minutes!

To change your USECU Online Banking Login ID:

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Select User Profile from the Menu Bar.
  3. Select User Preferences and select ‘change’ located next to Login ID under Personal Info.

As you update your Login ID, remember do not use parts of your Member Number.  Never share your login credentials with others.

*After you change your Login ID, you will use the new Login ID on our Mobile App.  Changing the Login ID is an event that triggers you to accept our Terms and Conditions after logging in.  We haven’t changed our Terms & Conditions.
